If your tickets were transferred through Leap, you will receive an email from the performer or leapevents.com with an invitation to accept your tickets.
Step 1: Look for the Transfer Email
You will receive an email from the performer or leapevents.com, not from us.
The email will:
- Invite you to accept the ticket transfer
- Include a button to accept your tickets
Important:
You must use the same email address used to purchase or receive the tickets when signing in.
Step 2: Sign In to Your Account
Click the button in the email to accept your tickets. You'll be directed to the Leap account sign-in page: https://events.leapevents.com/my-tickets/login
- Sign in using the same email address associated with your order
Note :You may be asked to verify your login with a 6-digit code sent to your email. Keep an eye on your inbox for this code so you can complete sign-in.
Step 3: Locate Your Tickets
Once you're signed in:
- Select the My Events tab
- Click on your event
- You will see your tickets, which you can view and manage
From here, you'll have options to either add your QR code to your mobile wallet or download a printable version of your ticket.
Step 4: Choose How You'd Like to Access Your Tickets
Leap provides multiple access options:
Option 1: Add to Mobile Wallet
- Add your QR code to your mobile wallet
- Your ticket will then be saved in your Wallet app, ready to scan at the venue
Option 2: Print Your Ticket
- Click "PDF" to download a printable version of your ticket
- You may print directly or save the PDF
- Bring the printed copy to the venue
Both mobile QR codes and printed tickets are typically accepted, but always follow any venue-specific instructions in your transfer email.
Helpful Tips
- Always sign in using the email tied to your order
- Watch for the 6-digit verification code sent to your email when signing in
- Keep your phone charged if planning to scan from your device
