If your tickets were transferred through Glitnir, you will receive an email from the home team or venue with instructions to access your tickets online.
This guide walks you through how to log in, view your tickets, and either print them or scan them from your phone.
Step 1: Look for the Transfer Email
You will receive an email from the home team or venue, not from us.
The email will:
Notify you that tickets have been transferred to you
Ask you to log in or create an account
Include a button such as “Create Account” or a login link
Important:
You must use the same email address used to purchase the tickets when accepting the transfer.
Step 2: Log In or Create Your Account
Click the link in the email to access the team’s ticketing portal (powered by Glitnir).
You will then:
Log in using your existing username and password
ORCreate a new account using your email address
If you have trouble logging in, use the password reset option.
Step 3: Locate Your Tickets
Once logged in:
Navigate to My Orders or View My Orders/Mobile Tickets
Select your Order ID
You will see your available tickets
From here, you’ll have options to either print or display your tickets.
Step 4: Choose How You’d Like to Access Your Tickets
Glitnir provides multiple access options:
Option 1: Display Tickets on Your Phone
Click “Display Tickets” or the purple ticket icon
The barcode will appear on your screen
Show this barcode at the venue for scanning
Note:
Some venues only allow barcodes to display on the day of the event.
Option 2: Add to Apple Wallet (If Available)
From your order screen, click “Add to Apple Wallet”
Confirm by tapping “Add” in the top right corner
Your ticket will then be saved in your Wallet app
Option 3: Print Your E-Ticket
Click “Print E-Ticket”
You may print directly or save as a PDF
Bring the printed copy to the venue
Both printed tickets and mobile barcodes are typically accepted, but always follow any venue-specific instructions in your transfer email.

If tickets do not appear immediately, log out and back in
