If your delivery method is marked as “Mobile,” you’ll receive tickets that are meant to be displayed and scanned directly from your smartphone.
This may include either a mobile PDF or a ticket transfer, depending on the event and seller.
Two Common Types of Mobile Tickets
1. Mobile PDF
You’ll receive an email with a PDF attached or linked
Open it on your phone and display the barcode at the gate
You do not need to print these tickets
2. Mobile Transfer
You’ll receive an email with instructions to accept your tickets through a third-party platform (like Ticketmaster, AXS, or the venue’s app)
You may need to log in or create an account using the same email you used at checkout
Once accepted, your tickets will appear in the app under “My Events” or “My Tickets”
When Will I Get My Tickets?
Once your tickets are ready, you’ll receive an email from GoTickets with step-by-step instructions based on your delivery type. Be sure to:
Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder)
Follow the instructions closely
Download any required apps ahead of time if needed
Tips for a Smooth Entry
Add tickets to your digital wallet if supported
Make sure your phone is charged
Increase screen brightness at the gate for easy scanning
