Did you receive an email that says your tickets were sent via AXS?
If so, you're in the right place. This guide will walk you through the steps to view your tickets in the AXS app. Whether you're logging into an existing account or creating a new one, we’ll make sure you're ready for your event.
Step 1: Check Your Email
If your event is ticketed through AXS, your tickets are delivered to the email address you used at checkout.
Look for an email with the subject line: "Tickets Just Got Sent To You" from AXS Tickets
This email confirms your tickets have been transferred and are ready to accept.
Didn’t receive the email?
That’s okay — it’s still possible the tickets are already in your AXS account. Continue to Step 2 to check.
Step 2: Download the AXS App
Download the AXS mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
This is the fastest and easiest way to access your tickets. This app is also required to view your tickets (see step 4).
Having trouble with the app? You can also sign in at www.axs.com to view your tickets.
Step 3: Log In or Create an AXS Account
Use the same email address you used when placing your order.
If you already have an AXS account:
Log in using your credentials. Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen to reset it.
- If you're new to AXS:
Tap “Sign Up” and create your account with the same email used to place your order.
AXS will send a verification email — click “Verify Email” before logging in.- If you are having issues receiving the code:
- Wait 30 seconds
- You can choose to send the code via text, email, or receive a phone call.
- If you are having issues receiving the code:
Step 4: Locate Your Tickets
Once signed in, tap “Your Tickets” to find your event.
Once your tickets are visible, tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or the Android equivalent.
- Don’t see the “Add to Wallet” option?
No problem — you can still access your ticket directly in the AXS App by opening the event under "Your Tickets."
Why do I only see one QR code ?
If you ordered multiple tickets, you may be expecting one barcode per ticket. AXS works differently. AXS uses a single AXS Mobile ID barcode, which is tied to your identity and refreshes automatically for security. This single QR code will be scanned multiple times, once for each ticket you’ve purchased.
