How do I get tickets transferred through Jump?

Modified on Fri, Nov 14 at 9:40 AM

Did you receive an email from the home team saying that the tickets were sent?
If so, you're in the right place. This guide will walk you through the steps to view your tickets in the team's app. Whether you're logging into an existing account or creating a new one, we’ll make sure you're ready for your event.

Step 1: Download the Team App

Download the home team's mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
This is the fastest and easiest way to access your tickets. This app is also required to view your tickets (see step 4).

Having trouble with the app? You can also sign in through the team's mobile site to view your tickets.

Step 2: Log In or Create a Team Account

Use the same email address you used when placing your order.

  • If you already have a team account:
Log in using your credentials. Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen to reset it.

  • If you're new to the home team's ticketing app:
Tap “Sign Up” and create your account with the same email used to place your order.
The team will send a verification email — click “Verify Email” before logging in.

Step 3: Locate Your Tickets

Once signed in, tap “My Tickets” to find your event.

Once your tickets are visible, tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or the Android equivalent.

  • Don’t see the “Add to Wallet” option?
No problem — you can still access your ticket directly in the team's app by opening the event under "MyTickets."
  • See your tickets but no barcodes?
Check if your tickets say "hold near reader" they may rely on your phone's NFC (Near Field Communication) tools.
