Did you receive a text message inviting you to accept tickets through Dice?
You're in the right place. This guide will walk you through setting up your account and accessing your tickets in the Dice app.
Step 1: Check Your Text Messages
Once the seller initiates the transfer, you’ll receive a text message from Dice with a link that looks like:
"I'd like to send you tickets to [Event Name]. Let me know when you’ve created an account on DICE so I can transfer them."
Tap the Dice link in the message to get started.
Step 2: Download the Dice App
If you haven’t already, download the free Dice app from the App Store or Google Play.
This is the official app used to receive and scan your tickets at the venue.
Step 3: Sign In or Create Your Dice Account
Open the app and tap Sign In / Register.
Enter your mobile number, then enter the login code texted to your phone. This verifies your account.
If you're new to Dice, your account will be created after this step.
Once the transfer is complete, your tickets will appear automatically in the Dice app under the Tickets tab.
Step 4: View Your Tickets
You’ll be able to scan your tickets directly from the Dice app at the event. No need to add them to a wallet.
Helpful Tips:
Use your mobile device to sign up and access your tickets — Dice is mobile-only.
You’ll also get an email from GoTickets confirming the transfer is complete.
