You're in the right place! If your tickets were transferred through StubHub, you’ll receive an email that allows you to accept and view them using your StubHub account. Follow these steps to get started.
Step 1: Look for the email
You’ll receive an email from noreply@stubhub.com with the subject line indicating someone wants to send you tickets.
Can’t find it?
Search your inbox using keywords like the event name or “StubHub”. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folders.
Even if you don’t find the email, you can continue to the next step by signing into your StubHub account using the email associated with your GoTickets order.
Step 2: Accept the ticket transfer
Open the email and click the Accept Ticket button. This will take you to StubHub where you can log in or create an account using the same email address.
Note: After accepting, it may take a few minutes for your tickets to appear in your account.
Step 3: View your tickets
Once logged in, your tickets will be listed under My Tickets in your StubHub account. You can access them through the mobile site or StubHub app.
Step 4: Add to your digital wallet
If available, tap Add to Wallet (Apple) or Save to Phone (Android).
This helps avoid connection issues at the venue and ensures your tickets are ready when you arrive.
