How do I get tickets transferred through Tessitura?

Modified on Wed, Jan 21 at 1:39 PM

Did you receive an email from the venue saying that your tickets were sent?

If so, you’re in the right place. This guide will walk you through the steps to view your tickets in the venue’s Tessitura-powered Account Manager. Whether you’re signing into an existing account or creating a new one, we’ll help you get ready for your event.

Step 1: Check for the Transfer Email

Tessitura ticket transfers are sent directly from the venue.

  • Look for an email with a subject line similar to:
“Your Opera Tickets” or “Your Tickets Are Ready”

  • Open the email and click the link to access your tickets through the venue’s Account Manager.

Can’t find the email?

  • Search your inbox for the venue name or event name.

  • Check your spam or junk folders.

  • If you’re still unable to locate it, check for a follow-up email from us — this message will include a direct link to the venue’s Account Manager so you can continue.

Step 2: Log In or Create an Account

Once you click the link to the Account Manager:

  • Sign in using the same email address you used when placing your order.

  • If you don’t already have an account, select Sign Up to create one with that same email address.

  • If prompted, complete any email verification steps before continuing.

Step 3: Locate Your Tickets

After signing in:

  • You’ll see a list of your upcoming events in the Account Manager.

  • Tap or click on your event to view your tickets.

  • Your barcodes will be displayed and ready for entry.

Tip: Barcodes are best viewed on a mobile device when arriving at the venue.
