How Do I Get Tickets Transferred Through Ticketera?

Modified on Fri, Feb 20 at 1:36 PM

Did you receive a notification saying your tickets were transferred through Ticketera?
You’re in the right place. This guide will walk you through how to accept and view your tickets using Ticketera’s system.

Step 1: Check for the Transfer Email

When the seller initiates the transfer, you’ll receive an email from Ticketera.

What to look for:

  • Sender: no-reply@ticketera.com

  • Subject line:
“Tickets to (Event Name) have been transferred to you”

Open the email and click the “Complete Transfer” button inside. This will take you directly to Ticketera’s website to continue.

Can’t find the email?

  • Search your inbox for the event name

  • Search for “Ticketera”

  • Be sure to check your spam or junk folders

Step 2: Accept the Transfer on Ticketera

After clicking the link in the email, you’ll be taken to Ticketera’s site.

You may be asked to:

  • Enter your first and last name, or

  • Sign in or create a Ticketera account (if prompted)

Follow the on-screen steps and confirm acceptance of the tickets to complete the transfer.

Step 3: View Your Tickets

Once the transfer is accepted:

  • You’ll see your tickets listed under Upcoming Events in your Ticketera account

  • Select the event to view your ticket details and barcodes

Your tickets are now ready to use for entry.

Helpful Tips

  • Mobile access is recommended. Ticketera tickets are designed to be scanned directly from your phone.

  • If an option to save tickets to your mobile wallet appears, you may do so for easier access at the venue.

  • If tickets don’t appear immediately after acceptance, wait a few minutes and refresh the page — short delays are normal.
