If your tickets were delivered through 3e Encore, they are accessed directly through the 3e Encore mobile app. Follow the steps below to log in and view your tickets.
Step 1: Download the 3e Encore App
3e Encore tickets are mobile-only and must be accessed through their app.
Download the 3e Encore app from the App Store or Google Play.
Tickets cannot be accessed through a desktop browser.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Once the app is installed:
Open the 3e Encore app.
Enter the same email address used when placing your order.
There is no password for 3e Encore.
Step 3: Enter the Verification Code
After entering your email:
A one-time login code will be sent to your email.
Check your inbox.
Enter the code in the app to continue.
If you don’t see the code, check your spam or junk folder and ensure you entered the correct email address.
Step 4: Tap “My Tickets”
Once logged in:
Tap My Tickets at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll be able to accept and/or view your tickets there.
Select your event to display your tickets for entry.
Tickets are displayed directly in the app and should be scanned from your mobile device at the venue.
Helpful Tips
Make sure you’re logging in with the correct email address.
There is no password reset option — access is always via the emailed code.
Keep the app installed on the phone you plan to bring to the event.
