If your tickets were transferred through Sports Illustrated Tickets, you will receive a message from Sports Illustrated or sitickets.com with a link to accept and view your tickets.
Step 1: Look for the Transfer Message
You will receive a message from Sports Illustrated or sitickets.com, not from us.
The message will:
- Notify you that tickets are ready to accept
- Include a button to accept your tickets
Important:
You must use the same email address used to purchase or receive the tickets when signing in.
Can't find the message? No problem — you can still access your tickets:
- Visit www.sitickets.com
- Click the user icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Select Sign Up / Log In
Step 2: Sign In to Your Account
Click the button in your message, or visit sitickets.com directly, to access your account.
You will then:
- Sign in using the same email address associated with your order
OR
- Select Sign Up and create an account using the same email address associated with your order, if you don't already have one
Step 3: Locate Your Tickets
Once signed in:
- Navigate to My Tickets
- Select your event
- You will see your available mobile tickets

- Always sign in or sign up using the email tied to your order
- Access your tickets before heading to the venue to confirm they load correctly
- Keep your phone charged, since tickets are accessed as mobile tickets
