If your tickets were transferred through Flicket, you will receive an email from Flicket, the home team, or venue with a link to sign in and view your tickets.
Step 1: Look for the Transfer Email
You will receive an email from Flicket, the home team, or venue, not from us.
The email will:
- Notify you that tickets are ready to view
- Include a sign-in link to access your tickets
Important:
You must use the same email address used to purchase or receive the tickets when signing in.
Step 2: Sign In to Your Account
Click the link in the email to access the ticketing portal (powered by Flicket).
You will then:
- Enter your email and click Log In
OR - If you don't have a password, you'll be emailed a login link — click it to sign in securely, no password required
If you'd like to set a password, use the "Forgot your password?" option on the login screen.
Step 3: Locate Your Tickets
Once logged in:
- Navigate to My Account
- Select My Tickets
- You will see your available tickets
From here, you'll have options to either download or view/print your tickets.
Step 4: Choose How You'd Like to Access Your Tickets
Flicket provides multiple access options:
Option 1: Download All Tickets
- Click "Download All Tickets"
- Your tickets will save as PDFs to your device
Option 2: View Ticket and Download/Print
- Click "View Ticket", then "Download/Print"
- You may print directly or save as a PDF
- Bring the printed copy to the venue
Option 3: Add to Mobile Wallet (If Available)
- From your ticket screen, select the option to save to your Apple or Google Wallet
- Confirm the add
- Your ticket will then be saved in your Wallet app
Both printed tickets and mobile display are typically accepted, but always follow any venue-specific instructions in your transfer email.
Note:
You do not have to print your ticket — you can show it on your phone for scanning. Just make sure your QR code is visible and not obscured.
Helpful Tips
- Always log in using the email tied to your purchase or transfer
- If your QR code isn't showing, this is usually because the event has delayed ticket delivery to prevent fraud, or the ticket hasn't been named yet — it will appear once named or closer to the event date
- Take a screenshot of your QR code as a backup before the event
- Keep your phone charged if planning to scan from your device
