If your tickets were delivered through ETIX, how you access them depends on whether you received a direct ticket link from us. Follow the steps below based on what you received.
Option 1: You Received a Direct Ticket Link From Us
If your delivery email includes a button that says “Access My Tickets Now”, this is the fastest way to view your tickets.
What to Do
Click Access My Tickets Now in the email
You’ll be taken directly to your ETIX tickets
Open the tickets on your mobile device and scan them at the venue
Important Notes
Mobile scanning is the guaranteed entry method
You may print the tickets as a backup if you’d like, but printed tickets are not guaranteed to scan
We strongly recommend bringing your tickets on your phone
Option 2: You Did NOT Receive a Direct Ticket Link
If you didn’t receive a direct access link, you’ll need to retrieve your tickets through ETIX.
Step 1: Look for an Email From ETIX
Check your inbox for:
An email from etix.com, or
A subject line that starts with “Event Tickets for…”
Open the email and click the link inside to access your tickets.
Step 2: Sign In to Your ETIX Account (If Prompted)
If you’re asked to log in, visit the ETIX Account Manager
Use the same email address used when placing your order
If you don’t know your password, click Forgot Password
Enter your email address in the username field to reset it
Step 3: Locate Your Tickets
Once logged in:
Click View Upcoming Events or View Tickets Accepted
Select your event to view your tickets
Important:
To view scannable barcodes, you must access your tickets on a mobile device.
Entry & Scanning Tips
Tickets should be scanned directly from your phone
Screenshots or printed copies may not scan reliably
If tickets don’t appear immediately, refresh the page or allow a few minutes — this is normal
