When Will I Get My Tickets?
Once your tickets are ready, we’ll send you an email letting you know they’re available for download. That email will include a link to your GoTickets account.
How to Download Your Tickets
Click the link in the email—or log in at GoTickets.com and go to My Account
Find your order and select Download Tickets
Open the PDF and print each page clearly
Tip: Each ticket has its own barcode, so print all pages if your order includes multiple tickets
Don’t Use Your Phone
These tickets are designed to be scanned on paper. Trying to use a PDF from your phone may result in entry being denied, especially at venues with strict scanning policies.
