Confirm Your Tickets Have Been Delivered
Log in to your GoTickets account to see the current status of your order.
If your tickets have not been delivered yet, rest assured — we’re actively working with the seller to ensure they arrive in time for your event.
If your tickets have been delivered, try locating your delivery email.
Search for the Delivery Email
If your tickets have been sent, look for an email from orders@gotickets.com with the subject line:
[Action Required] Download & Print Your Tickets Now!
If you don’t see it in your inbox:
Check your spam or junk folders — sometimes attachments can cause emails to be filtered.
Search for
orders@gotickets.com
in your email search bar.Make sure you’re checking the same email address you used when placing your order.
Print Your Tickets in Advance
Once you find the email, open the link to download your tickets as a PDF.
Print them on standard paper — venues need a clear barcode to scan.
Do not wait until you arrive at the venue to print.
