Check for the Latest Email Updates

We send all shipping updates and order status changes by email from orders@gotickets.com. Be sure to look for the most recent messages from us — not just your original confirmation.

Don’t see anything? Check your spam or trash folders just in case.

See If Your Tickets Have Shipped

If your tickets have not shipped yet, don’t worry — we’re actively working to get them to you on time. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as they leave the seller.

When will I get my tickets?


If your tickets have already shipped, we’ll have sent you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.


The Tracking Says "Delivered," But You Don’t Have Them

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you can’t find the package:

  • Check around your mailbox or porch

  • Look near side doors, garages, or gated areas

  • Ask neighbors or building staff in case it was misdelivered
