Confirm Whether Your Tickets Have Been Sent
Before searching your inbox, check the delivery status of your order:
Log in to your GoTickets account to see if your tickets have been marked as delivered or transferred.
If no delivery update appears, the seller may still be finalizing the transfer — we’ll notify you by email the moment your tickets are ready.
Important: Some transfers don’t happen right away. Rest assured, we’re monitoring your order and will ensure your tickets are delivered in time for your event. See more information here.
Search for the Delivery Email
If your tickets have been sent, they’ll be delivered via email from orders@gotickets.com with instructions based on the delivery method (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, etc.).
Can’t find the email? Search your inbox using:
The event name
Keywords like "sent you tickets", "claim your tickets", or "transfer"
The name of the ticketing platform
Also check your spam or junk folder just in case.
