How do I know my tickets have shipped?

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your tickets are on the way.
This email includes a Track Order button that links to your UPS tracking number, so you can follow the delivery status in real time.


What You’ll See in the Email:

  • The event name

  • A clear subject line: “Tickets Shipped – GoTickets | Order #”

  • A “Track Order” button to check your UPS tracking

  • A note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking info to update


You Can Also Check Your Account

You can view your tracking details any time by logging into your GoTickets account and visiting the My Orders section.
