Physical tickets (paper/stock) typically cannot be reissued.
Digital tickets (e.g., PDFs or mobile tickets) can often be recovered by reopening the original ticket delivery email.
If you believe your tickets were stolen or shared without your consent, we can request a reissue — but approval depends on the venue’s reissue policy, not the seller. Some venues do not allow reissues at all.
