Here’s a breakdown of the main delivery types:
Mobile Delivery
Your tickets will be sent digitally and must be scanned directly from your smartphone.
Be sure to access your tickets using the same email address you used at checkout.
Most tickets are delivered through the venue or a primary ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, etc.).
QR codes may not appear right away—some organizers release them closer to the event.
Tip: Mobile tickets can't be printed—have your phone charged and ready at the gate.
Print-at-Home (PDF)
You'll receive your tickets by email in PDF format.- Download and print the tickets before heading to the event.
- Each ticket must be printed clearly—faded or partial barcodes may be denied at entry.
UPS Shipping
Physical tickets will be shipped to the address you provided.
Most orders are sent via UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air within the U.S.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your tickets ship.
Be sure someone is available to receive the package at your shipping address.
