I Haven’t Received My Instructions to Pick Up the Tickets. What Should I Do?

You’re in the right place. If your order is set for Special Delivery or Will Call pickup and you haven’t received pickup instructions yet, here’s how to check their status and get ready for your event.


Confirm Your Tickets Have Been Assigned for Pickup

Log in to your GoTickets account to view the current status of your order.

  • If your tickets have not been assigned for pickup yet, rest assured — we’re working with the seller to ensure your pickup details arrive in time.

  • If your tickets have been assigned for pickup, try locating your instruction email.


Search for the Pickup Instruction Email

If your tickets are ready, look for an email from orders@gotickets.com with the subject line:

Getting Your Tickets – GoTickets 


This message includes:

  • Pickup contact name & phone number

  • Pickup location address

  • Specific instructions from the seller

  • Identification requirements

If you don’t see the email in your inbox:

  • Check your spam or junk folders — especially if the instructions include attachments or maps.

  • Search for orders@gotickets.com in your email search bar.

  • Make sure you’re checking the same email address used to place your order.


Follow the Instructions Exactly

Your pickup instructions may direct you to:

  • The venue’s Will Call window (usually near the box office) — bring a valid photo ID that matches the order name.

  • A designated meeting point with the seller — arrive at the exact location and time provided.


Important Reminders

  • Pickup instructions are sent in advance of the event, but not always immediately after purchase.

  • A valid photo ID is always required for pickup.

  • If your pickup is from the seller, arrive on time — sellers are not obligated to wait beyond the agreed meeting time.
