You're in the right place — this article explains what to do if your delivery method is listed as Custom Delivery/Will Call, either in the original ticket listing or in the delivery instructions provided by the seller.
Head to the Venue
If your order specifies Will Call, your tickets will be picked up at the venue on the day of the event. The Will Call area is typically:
Located near or at the main box office window
Clearly marked with “Will Call” signage
Close to the venue’s entrance or ticketing area
If you’re unsure where to go once you arrive, venue staff can point you in the right direction.
Bring Your Photo ID
You’ll need to show a valid photo ID that matches the name on your order. If the seller's instructions provided a reference number — it's a good idea to have it ready just in case.
Only the person listed on the order can pick up the tickets, unless the name was updated with our team beforehand.
Arrive Early
Will Call usually opens 1–2 hours before the event. We recommend arriving early to avoid lines and make sure you have enough time to get to your seats.
