What if I forget to bring my print at home tickets?

Modified on Fri, Aug 1 at 7:07 PM

Print-at-Home tickets must be printed out and brought with you to the event.
These tickets are designed to be scanned as physical paper copies. Attempting to use a barcode from your phone or tablet—if the venue requires printed tickets—can result in entry being denied.

Why Can’t I Just Show the Barcode on My Phone?

Unlike mobile tickets, Print-at-Home tickets use a different barcode format that often won’t scan correctly from a screen. Many venues have strict policies that require paper tickets for this delivery type.

What Happens If I Forget to Print?

If you arrive without your printed tickets and the venue cannot scan the barcode from your device, entry may be denied.
Unfortunately, in these cases, we’re unable to offer a refund—as the venue’s policy was clearly stated, and the tickets were delivered as promised.

What If I Don’t Have a Printer?

No problem—there are a few easy options:

  • Send the PDF to a friend or family member who can print them for you

  • Visit a local print or copy shop (e.g., FedEx Office, UPS Store, Staples)

  • Use your workplace printer if available

  • Check with your hotel if you're traveling—many offer front desk or business center printing services

The most important thing is to print the tickets before heading to the venue so you’re not turned away at the gate.

What Should I Do Before the Event?

  • Print your tickets clearly using standard printer settings

  • Bring all pages if your order includes multiple tickets

  • Keep them flat and easy to scan at the gate
