How Do I Print My Print-At-Home Ticket?

Modified on Fri, Aug 8 at 12:04 PM

You're in the right place. If you received a Print-At-Home ticket, this guide will help you download, print, and present it properly at the event.

Step 1: Look for an Email from GoTickets

Once your tickets are ready, you’ll receive an email from orders@gotickets.com with the subject line:

[Action Required] Download & Print Your Tickets Now!

This email contains your ticket delivery link.
If you don’t see it, search for your order number or the subject line, and be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Step 2: Download the PDF Ticket

Click the link in the email to download your ticket file. Save the entire PDF, and do not alter or screenshot it.

If your ticket says “Mobile Entry Only,” it cannot be printed and must be scanned from your phone.

Step 3: Print the Entire Page

Use a standard printer and 8.5 x 11" paper. Be sure to:

  • Print the entire page, not just the barcode

  • Do not print double-sided

Step 4: Bring the Printed Ticket to the Event

Your printed ticket must be presented at the gate for scanning. Keep it flat, unfolded, and in good condition.

What If I Forget to Print?

If you arrive without a printed ticket and the venue cannot scan the barcode from your phone, you may be denied entry.
Refunds are not available in these cases, as the ticket was delivered correctly and the print requirement was clearly stated.

What If I Don’t Have a Printer?

Here are a few easy solutions:

  • Forward the PDF to someone who can print it for you

  • Visit a local print shop (e.g., FedEx Office, Staples, UPS Store)

  • Use your office printer if available

  • Ask your hotel for printing assistance if traveling
