How do I get tickets transferred through FIFA?

Modified on Tue, Dec 2 at 1:40 PM

Did you receive an email from FIFA saying that your tickets were sent?
If so, you’re in the right place. This guide will walk you through how to access your tickets in the FIFA app. Whether you’re logging into an existing account or creating a new one, this will make sure you’re ready for event day.

Step 1: Locate Your Transfer Email

Check your inbox, spam, and trash folders in your email for a message from FIFA.

  • This email will disclose tickets have been transferred or sent to you and provide further instructions.

Didn't find the email from FIFA?

This is the fastest and easiest way to access your tickets. This app is also required to view your tickets (see step 4).

Having trouble with the app? You can also sign in through FIFA's mobile site to view your tickets.

Step 2: Log In or Create a FIFA Ticketing Account

Use the same email address you used when placing your order with GoTickets.

  • If you already have a FIFA account:
Log in with your existing credentials. If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen to reset it.

  • If you’re new to FIFA tickets:

    • Tap the person icon in the top left corner and select “Sign Up.”

    • Use the same email address used on your GoTickets order.

    • FIFA will send a verification code to your email — enter the code when prompted.

Step 3: Locate Your Tickets

Once signed in:

  1. Tap “More” in the bottom right corner and open the Tickets menu.

  2. Select “Explore Details” under the Tickets option, followed by Resell/Exchange Now if prompted.

  3. You may be asked to verify your email again — complete this step to view your tickets.

Once visible, tap “My Tickets” to access your upcoming events.

Once your tickets are visible, tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or the Android equivalent.

  • Don’t see the “Add to Wallet” option?
No problem — you can still access your ticket directly in the team's app by opening the event under "MyTickets."
  • See your tickets but no barcodes?
Check if your tickets say "hold near reader" they may rely on your phone's NFC (Near Field Communication) tools.
