You're in the right place! If your event tickets were sent through Paciolan—often used by college athletic departments like Notre Dame—you’ll receive an email prompting you to accept your transfer. Follow the steps below to view and use your tickets.
Step 1: Look for the email
You’ll receive an email from either Paciolan or the home team (e.g., Notre Dame).
The subject line typically says something like:
“John Doe wants to send you 1 ticket”
Can’t find it?
Search your inbox using the event name, the home team, “evenue”, or “Paciolan”. Also check your spam and junk folders.
Even if you can’t locate the email, you can continue to the next step by visiting the home team’s account manager page.
Step 2: Accept the transfer
Click the Accept Transfer button in the email to start the process. This will take you to the team’s Paciolan site.
Step 3: Sign in or create an account
Use the email address you used to place your GoTickets order.
If you already have an account, sign in
If not, select Create Account and fill out the required fields
Step 4: View your tickets
After signing in, go to My Upcoming Events and select the relevant event.
You’ll see your tickets displayed under My Tickets.
Step 5: Add to your digital wallet
Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet to save your tickets.
This makes them accessible even if there’s no Wi-Fi at the venue.
