If your tickets were delivered via TicketReturn, they’ll be sent to you by email as an attachment. Follow the steps below to access and use your tickets.
Step 1: Look for the Ticket Transfer Email
When the seller completes the transfer, TicketReturn will send you an email notification.
The email will come from NoReply@ticketreturn.com
The subject line will look similar to:
“You received tickets for…”Open the email to view the ticket attachment.
Tip: If you don’t see the email right away, be sure to check your spam or junk folders.
Step 2: Open the Ticket Attachment
Inside the email, you’ll find your tickets attached as a file (typically a PDF).
Tap or click the attachment to open your tickets
Each ticket will display a barcode that will be scanned for entry at the venue
There’s no additional account creation or login required.
Step 3: Print or Use Your Tickets on Your Phone
You can use your TicketReturn tickets in either of the following ways:
Print your tickets and bring the physical copies with you
Scan directly from your phone by opening the ticket file at the venue
We recommend printing your tickets when possible, as this helps avoid any issues related to phone battery life or connectivity at the venue.
