You're in the right place! This guide will help you access your transferred tickets through the venue's MyProVenue system (often powered by Tickets.com). Your tickets are typically sent directly from the venue or from Tickets.com—not from GoTickets—so be sure to follow the steps closely.
Step 1: Find the email from the venue or Tickets.com
Look for an email from the venue or Tickets.com. The subject line usually begins with:
"Congratulations [Your First Name]..."
This email will contain a purple button with the venue’s name. Tap that button to begin the transfer process.
Still can't find the email?
Search your inbox for “MyProVenue,” “Tickets.com,” or the name of the venue or performer. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders too. If you still can’t find it, continue to step 2.
Step 2: Log in or sign up at MyProVenue
After tapping the link, you’ll be taken to the venue’s MyProVenue page. Log in using the same email address you used at checkout. If it’s your first time using MyProVenue, tap Sign Up and create an account.
Step 3: View your active tickets
Once logged in, your tickets should appear under your event. You can tap View Active Tickets to see them.
Step 4: Add your tickets to your digital wallet
From the ticket view, you’ll see the option to Add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. We strongly recommend doing this in advance of the event. That way, your tickets are ready even if you have poor reception at the venue.
Helpful tips before the event:
Use your mobile device: Complete the transfer on the same device you’ll bring to the event.
Save to wallet: If you can’t add your tickets to your wallet, don’t worry—they can still be scanned from the MyProVenue site on your phone.
