How do I get tickets transferred from

Modified on Tue, 13 Feb 2024 at 03:40 PM

Once the seller confirms that they've initiated a ticket transfer, you should anticipate an email from the venue. The subject line of this email will usually read, "Congratulations (your first name)..." Be sure to scour your inbox for this message, as it will generally arrive closely following our communication with you.

Within this email, there will be a prominent button to go to the venue's site (in the below example it's Wolf Trap). Clicking on this will guide you to the MyProVenue site for the venue. If you already have an account, you'll be prompted to log in. If not, you'll be given the opportunity to create one. Once logged in, it will be easy to view your tickets. Simply select the event in question or click on "view active tickets" to see the tickets.  You will be able to add them to your digital wallet from here.

For a hassle-free event experience, here are some important recommendations:

  • Mobile Device Access: Ensure you accept the ticket transfer on the mobile device you intend to use at the event. This approach guarantees that your tickets are immediately accessible upon your arrival at the venue.
  • Digital Wallet Storage: Once the transfer is accepted, you'll have the option to save your tickets to your Android or iOS digital wallet. Given that many venues have areas with weak or no Wi-Fi, adding your tickets to your digital wallet in advance is a proactive step to ensure they're always ready for presentation, ensuring smooth entry.
