If your tickets were transferred through Fan First Tickets, you will receive an email from fanfirsttickets.com or the performer with directions to accept your tickets.
Step 1: Look for the Transfer Email
You will receive an email from fanfirsttickets.com or the performer, not from us.
The email will:
- Notify you that tickets have been transferred to you
- Include directions that will take you to the sign-in page
Important:
You must use the same email address used to purchase or receive the tickets when signing in.
Step 2: Sign In to Your Account
Follow the directions in the email to reach the sign-in page.
You will then:
- Log in using the same email address associated with your order
OR
- Sign up and create an account using the same email address associated with your order, if you don't already have one
Step 3: Accept Your Tickets
Important: You have 48 hours to accept the ticket transfer once it's sent. If the transfer isn't accepted within that window, it will revert back, so we recommend accepting as soon as possible.
Once accepted, your tickets will appear under Manage Tickets.
Step 4: Access Your Tickets on Event Day
Scannable QR codes become available roughly 24 hours before the event. Once they appear, you can:
- View your QR codes under Manage Tickets
- Add your tickets to your digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet)
Helpful Tips
- Always log in or sign up using the email tied to your order
- Accept your ticket transfer as soon as possible to avoid it reverting after 48 hours
- QR codes won't appear until about 24 hours before the event — this is expected
- Keep your phone charged if planning to scan from your device
