Can I add tickets to an existing order?

You're in the right place — this article explains why tickets cannot be added to an order that has already been placed, and what your options are if you need more tickets.


Orders Cannot Be Modified After Purchase

GoTickets operates on a real-time resale marketplace, which means:

  • All orders are processed instantly with licensed sellers

  • We don’t own the ticket inventory — we connect customers with independent sellers

  • Once tickets are confirmed, they are held specifically for you and cannot be altered

Because of this structure, we are unable to modify your existing order to include more tickets — even if the additional tickets are for the same section or event.


What Are My Options?

If you need more tickets, you're welcome to place an additional order for any tickets that are currently available.

Keep in mind: These tickets may be listed by a different seller and may not be seated next to your original tickets — unless you're in a General Admission area such as GA, PIT, or SRO (Standing Room Only), where seating is first-come, first-served.


Want to Sell Your Original Tickets?
