You should receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order.
This email will include:

  • Your order number

  • Event and ticket details

  • A message confirming that your tickets are secured

  2. Log into your GoTickets account.
    Visit the My Account section to confirm your order was placed successfully.

  3. Still can’t find it?
    Start a live chat with us—we’ll verify your order and resend the confirmation if needed.
