Can I receive a refund for my ticket order?
If your order is canceled by GoTickets for any reason, rest assured, you will receive a full refund. Additionally, if the tickets you receive aren't as described or are not an equivalent or better option, and GoTickets is unable to provide a satisfactory replacement, you are entitled to request a refund. However, due to the fluctuating nature of prices and inventory levels in the secondary ticket market, GoTickets generally cannot provide refunds beyond these scenarios.
