What if I can't attend an event after buying tickets?
We understand that plans can change.
Because we operate in a live resale marketplace, all sales are final once your order is placed. This is due to immediate seller agreements and real-time fulfillment—so unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or refund your order.
What Are My Options?
While refunds aren’t available, you still have a few alternatives if you’re unable to attend:
Resell your tickets through the original ticketing platform, if eligible:
Ticketmaster: You can list your tickets directly through your Ticketmaster account.
AXS: Use your AXS account to post the tickets for resale on their official marketplace.
Use a third-party resale site like Lysted or JoinBackstage if your tickets are transferable.
Transfer the tickets to a friend or family member who can attend in your place.
File a claim with Allianz if you purchased ticket protection at checkout.
