Can I receive a refund for my ticket order?

If your order is cancelled by GoTickets for any reason, rest assured, you will receive a full refund. Additionally, if the tickets you receive aren't as described or are not an equivalent or better option, and GoTickets is unable to provide a satisfactory replacement, you are entitled to request a refund. However, due to the fluctuating nature of prices and inventory levels in the secondary ticket market, GoTickets generally cannot provide refunds beyond these scenarios. Recognizing the unpredictability of events, we've partnered with Allianz at checkout to offer ticket insurance. This insurance covers a broad range of situations that might typically lead to refund requests. We strongly encourage our customers to consider this option, ensuring greater peace of mind with their purchase.
