What Happens if the Event Is Canceled?

If your event is officially canceled, you’re covered.
Our GoTickets 100% Buyer Guarantee ensures you’ll receive a full refund—including service fees—if the event is canceled and not rescheduled.

What Counts as “Canceled”?

An event is considered canceled when the organizer has no plans to reschedule it. If a new date is announced, your tickets will remain valid for that new date, and a refund will not apply.

Has your event been postponed or rescheduled?
Tickets are still valid for the new date once it's confirmed. You can find more information about postponed or rescheduled events here.

How Will I Know?

If your event is officially canceled, we’ll email you with refund instructions—there’s no need to take action on your end.
