What happens if the event is postponed or rescheduled?

Whether your event is postponed or rescheduled, your original tickets will still be honored. There’s no need to take action—just hold on to your tickets.

What’s the Difference Between Postponed and Rescheduled?
Postponed means the event will no longer happen on the original date, but a new date hasn’t been announced yet.
Rescheduled means a new official date has already been confirmed by the organizer.
If your event is postponed, we’ll notify you as soon as a new date is set or if there are any further changes. That said, we also recommend keeping an eye on the event organizer’s website or the venue’s page for the latest updates.
Will I Need New Tickets?
In most cases, no. Your original tickets will be honored for the new date and time.
If the event organizer or seller issues new tickets, we’ll make sure they’re delivered to you in time for the event.

Are Refunds Available?
Refunds are not available for events that are postponed or rescheduled. Since your tickets remain valid for the new date, your purchase still grants you entry.
