Check the Delivery Method on Your Order
If your delivery method is marked as Custom Delivery, your tickets must be picked up in person. Depending on the seller’s instructions, this might be:
At the venue's official Will Call window
At a nearby location arranged by the seller
Directly from the seller or a representative
Instructions are always sent to you by email in advance of the event with full details on where to go and what to bring.
Can Someone Else Pick Them Up?
Tickets requiring in-person pickup are typically held under the name listed on the order. That person must present a valid photo ID to receive the tickets.
If someone else needs to pick them up, we’re happy to submit a name change request to the seller — but:
Name changes are not guaranteed
Approval depends on the seller and timing
Requests must be submitted in advance
