Why is someone else's name on my tickets?

Modified on Tue, Feb 13 at 3:47 PM

It's not uncommon to see another person's name on tickets purchased through secondary marketplaces like GoTickets. Typically, the name you're seeing is that of the original purchaser from the primary market. However, rest assured, this will not affect your ability to be admitted into the event. When entering a venue, the critical component is the barcode on the ticket. It's this barcode that is scanned for validity, not the name.

To purchase tickets for your next live event, return to GoTickets.com.
