Why did I only receive part of my ticket order?

Modified on Wed, Aug 13 at 12:39 PM

If you’ve only received some of your tickets, don’t worry—it’s common for deliveries to happen in separate batches.

Why This Happens

Sellers sometimes fulfill orders in stages, especially for larger ticket quantities. Even if you placed a single order, you may receive your tickets in multiple parts.

  • If you just received one portion, the rest may still be processing.

  • It’s normal for batches to be delivered a few minutes apart—especially with mobile or PDF transfers.

Check the In-Hand Date

If the in-hand date for your order hasn’t passed yet, the rest of your tickets are likely still on their way. You can find the in-hand date listed in your confirmation email or order details.
