You're in the right place if you're wondering whether you can change or upgrade your tickets after placing an order. Here's everything you need to know about how orders work on GoTickets.
All sales are final
Every order is processed with our licensed sellers, and sales are final per our terms of service. We do not have the ability to cancel, reassign, or modify the tickets once purchased.
Why exchanges aren’t possible
GoTickets is a resale marketplace, not a box office. The tickets listed on our site come from licensed professional sellers who set the pricing and availability. When you place an order, the seller is immediately notified, and the fulfillment process begins right away.
Because of this real-time structure, we’re unable to:
Exchange tickets for a different date or event
Increase or decrease the quantity of tickets on an existing order
Upgrade or downgrade seat locations
Note: In rare cases, a seller may provide upgraded tickets if the originally listed seats are no longer available. This is done at the seller’s discretion to fulfill the order — not as part of a request or exchange process. Click here for more information.
Consider placing a separate order
If you’ve found tickets you prefer, you're welcome to place a new order for those seats. Just keep in mind that the original purchase will remain unchanged and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Want to get rid of your old tickets?
You may be able to resell them using third-party platforms like Backstage or Lysted.
