What is a Seat Secure Listing?

Modified on Wed, Aug 13 at 12:18 PM

A Seat Secure listing is a ticket offer where the seller hasn’t yet purchased the tickets—but guarantees they can get them for you.
These listings are only available to a select group of verified, high-performing sellers who have a proven track record with GoTickets and other marketplaces.

How It Works:

  • The seller guarantees they can secure tickets in the section and row shown—or in a comparable or better location

  • Tickets may not be in hand at the time of your purchase

  • You’ll see a disclaimer in the listing noting it’s a Seat Secure offer

  • Tickets will be delivered on or before the in-hand date provided

Orders of 5+ Tickets:

For larger groups, seating may be split into smaller clusters (e.g., 3+2), but each group will have consecutive seats unless otherwise noted.

Our Guarantee:

All Seat Secure listings are covered by the GoTickets 100% Buyer Guarantee—ensuring you’ll receive valid tickets on time and in the promised location or better. If a suitable replacement can’t be provided, you’ll receive a full refund.
