How do I know if my seats are together?

Modified on Tue, 13 Feb 2024 at 03:38 PM

On GoTickets, we prioritize ensuring that our customers have a seamless event experience, and that includes sitting together. In general, all standard listings on our platform offer consecutive seating. However, there are certain exceptions to be aware of. Some ticket listings may carry a "piggyback" disclaimer. This means that while the seats aren't side-by-side, they are directly in front of and behind each other in consecutive rows. Additionally, if you purchase a Flex Listing for more than four tickets, seating might be split into separate groupings. While this may mean you're not all seated together, rest assured that each of these groupings will have consecutive seats.

Odd/Even Seating - note that some venues (commonly theaters) have seating that is Odd/Even which can be confusing but seats will be consecutive.  Example you may have purchased 4 seats in row HH to see Hamilton and upon receipt of the tickets notice that you have seats 1,3,5 and 7.  These seats are consecutive.
